Pricing Policy

	There are NO setup costs. HAZMAT Registers is sold on an annual license fee.
	Commitment is to one year at a time and without any obligation for a long contract. Heggies believe you won't want to move from HAMZAT Registers once you have tried it. If you are not satisfied your data will be returned to you at the end of the year in a useable format.
	Heggies prices are guaranteed for up to 3 years so if you do decide to stay with Heggies solution you can be confident of static pricing.
	All updates and upgrades are instant and are provided as part of the license fee and therefore you will always be up to date with the latest legislation and guidance.
	Support is provided during normal working hours as part of the annual license fee.
	Data upload & Training can also be provided. All Heggies technical services and software are cost effective solutions.

Heggies are committed to a pricing policy without hidden extras that is based on the number of properties and users Clients have.

Above 20 properties Concurrent Primary Users & 20 Concurrent Read Only Users	$9000

All prices exclude GST. Properties refer to one building on one site, prices for infrastructure multiple buildings on multiple prices available upon application.

Client Surveys & Existing Data Conversion/Upload

HAZMAT Registers provides a set of easy to use data upload dropdown menus with instructions of how to get surveys conducted by your personnel or existing data from your existing system into HAZMAT Registers. Our Clients have the option to carry out the integration work if you have the time and resources, in which case the cost to you is nothing.

Heggies offer full data conversion/upload services to get your existing property records into HAZMAT Registers to make the process as easy and efficient as possible to our Clients.

The full cost of conversion/upload is dependent on the number of existing records, the amount of data and how it is currently held. Heggies can discuss your needs further and provide a quote.

HAZMAT Registers Training

HAZMAT Registers is intuitive to use. However Heggies can provide ½ day on site training to groups of no more than 5 people at a cost of $600 ex GST. A training user guide is also available on CD.

Website Upgrades

There is only one version of HAZMAT Registers that is always up to date.

Website Support

Heggies offer full support during working hours with guaranteed response times. Full details can be obtained upon application.

As it is delivered through the internet, any changes or improvements are instantly delivered for FREE as part of the service. There is no need to install new software or worry about compatibility issues.

Heggies ensures any changes to legislation or guidance are available.
